New “Project of technical and commercial exchange for Latin America – 2021”

In September 2021 PROTEO INTERNATIONAL S.r.l. has launched via web a “Project of technical and commercial exchange for Latin America – 2021” as a direct response to the current difficult situation due to COVID-19 pandemic.

The international restrictions implemented in all the Countries of the world to try to limit the consequences of the pandemic have seriously affected the daily routine and also the work methodology.

Consequently, PROTEO INTERNATIONAL S.r.l. has thought of organizing periodic Conferences via web among all Latin American distributors to favor the exchange of knowledge and experiences. And supposedly to open opportunities for each one at the level of national market presence, both on products and on crops.

The collection of technical and commercial information from each client of the area interested in the project allowed us to create:

– map of products and crops that each distributor knows and handles properly, and that can still be increased and improved,

– map of products and crops that each distributor knows limited or less, and that may represent a potential shortly.

Through the superposition of the two maps, as expected, products and crops known or well known for some are potential and interesting for others.

As a result of this, we have planned biweekly Conferences (the first at the beginning of September, the last before Christmas). At each Conference, through our supervision, the chosen distributor (each time the distributor from a different Country) shares his virtuous experience by making a specific focus on one or two products and some crops.

Through this exchange between eight Latin American Countries (Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic) all distributors and their employees take the opportunity to strengthen confidence in known products and crops or to start to work with more success on new crops and moving products that until now have been little commercialized.

The first Conference of this multi-monthly international project has seen the participation of more than 65 people.
