In March 2022 PROTEO INTERNATIONAL S.r.l. has been in the Dominican Republic to visit the National importer and its local customers.

During the stay in the Country, meetings were held with the Central Sugar Consortium (CAC – Consorcio Azucarero Central), with some sugar cane farmers and others in farms dedicated to the export of melons.

From the Santo Domingo area, our staff moved to Santiago to visit some local retailers and then to Mao to evaluate, among others, the use of fertilizers allowed in organic farming on rice and banana trees.

The visit ended with a day of technical training for the distributor’s team.
